
Activity in front of a computer too long, certainly will make your eyes tired. Especially if you have been using old monitor. Old monitor has got a larger radiation than new monitor. I recommend you to using new monitor , or using LCD. I have a bit tips to make your activity in front of a computer to be more comfortable.
1. Optimization monitor using on screen display
Maximize the brightness, contrass, Sharpen by using the OSD ( on screen display ). Adjust according to your comfort. Make sure your brightness and contrast is not too bright or too light. You should adjust your monitor resolution according to your comfort
2. Filter Glas Monitor
This device will help you to prevent light from monitor, and make your activity to be more confortable because , your monitor display is not too harsh. This device is not expensive. You can find this equipment at common computer shop.
3. Set distance of your eyes from monitor
Keep distance your eyes from computer. It will make your eyes more confortable. If your distance is too near, it will make your eyes tired fast.
Hopefully , this tips will make your activity infront of your computer to be more comfortable, and will keep your eyes.
